I have tried various ways to measure recipes but it is really exciting to find ready made charts for all of us to use. These just might be a bit more accurate than my feeble efforts!
The first one, I just stumbled upon and it is a very long list, but I will definitely use this. Many thanks to the writer of An American Cupcake in London, although it sounds like she is back in the US now!
Another fantastic reference is the on-line butter conversion This has really made my baking life easier!
In the UK, the Betty Crocker cake mix boxes changed design and only refer cooking times to round cake pans. I am forever looking for times for bundt cakes and other size pans. Found this and hope it helps:
